Just a thought… You could contact the online adoption platforms, like adoptapet.com and findapet.com (maybe there are others. They already have Internet platforms. Also, you could try connecting with the Humane Societies (or other animal rescues) in major cities over Internet. Maybe they would help.

I’m in CA, so not adopting. I just want to say if you’re considering adopting him, don’t be put off by having to care for his corneal ulcer. My pup had that once and I was easily able to administer his treatment without any problems. His eye is fine now. I hope someone will take this guy home.😀

45 years ago, Jose Francisco Garcia Rodriguez fled Cuba on a ship provided by the US for people seeking refuge from the Cuban government. While on his way to work, the 73-year-old grandfather was picked up by ICE agents near his home in Lafayette, LA. He’s being held in an ICE processing center.
