I’m SO tired of charcuterie boards. If someone can make money assembling fancy meat’n’cheese trays, good on them, but essentially you’re competing with Kroger (or Publix, or whomever). they great for about 15 minutes. Less if it’s a family or church event. Yuck. that is all.
