Nowadays the amassed evidence has been made openly, but that negates nothing from the case. Criminals used to hide their wrongdoings until they figured out doing that was evidence of mens rea; that they knew it was wrong.

It seems every society has an element of citizens who think the best way to lead is to threaten punishment, and carry through if others do not kneel down to power. In the US it is the MAGA/Republican party. These people are not right wing or conservative, they are repressors.

Right after election but astoundingly before actually taking office in 2016, Trump promised a huge expansion to a Midwestern factory that never materialized. Working from memory but clearly Trump makes baseless claims. Don't let Trump's lies fall down the memory hole.

I knew he was a liar and a grifter the moment I watched him interviewed by Bob Villa on PBS' This Old House in the 1980s. I was astounded and confused watching Trump rise to prominence. Floored when Republicans nominated him. Shocked to my core when he won against Hillary.

I got into a short but elevated talk with my Dr's nurse. She wouldn't take the COVID vac bc she wanted more children. I quietly expressed my concern to the Dr, who said something about her "rights" but agreed with me. About six months later, the 71 YO Dr died of COVID.
