I ran a 12km mud race yesterday :D I still smell mud even though I’ve showered and done the laundry. 10/10 would do again!

My father told me yesterday about his secret mushroom spot so today, despite the warm weather we’ve had I’m going to run there and see if I will be lucky! This is a first real rib expedition I’ve done :) will be some kilometers!

Lovely day out on the bicycle today! Took the train to the town and the bicycled and meet up with family and grabbed some fantastic images - My dad looked at me like I was an idiot when I arrived on my bicycle instead of motorcycle :D

I think this image shows perfectly why you should also think about your pawed family members when being outside in the heat - You have shoes, they do not!

Backside of the medallion (for privacy reasons) for finishing the 10k race yesterday! Even though it was like 30 degree's celsius at the warmest I made it just under the hour. Woho!

2 days left until I run a half marathon - I’m not aggressor of the distance or my energy but I’m regretting signing up because of all the people. Announcements everywhere is how much this will be a party.

First bicycle trip in years ! GPS fudged up and brought me back home so instead of 2 hours, it ended up being 3,5 hours and I had to buy my icecream in the local store - I can barely feel my legs right now :P

Since VRChat's userbase age is going down and down this is probably a good thing - But I haven't been online in VRChat since new years and before that was probably new years before that 😆How long is their backlog?

Interesting run today! A college decided to join me so we ran in his pace. First time since I started running that I was forced to slow down. This is about the pace I had when I started running, and I felt stronger when I arrived today then when I left. Super interesting!

One of the best things about moving to a new area is just finding these gravel roads and walk them to see where they go! I hope this road goes somewhere :)

000

Miwca @miwcavt.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Today was the day! Finally is above 10km achieved :) now my goal is to get under 1 hour (less than 6 minutes per km)

Miwca @miwcavt.bsky.social · 17/05/2026

A bit different from my normal content :D But gravel courses are a lot of fun on a motorcycle! Brap brap~
