I think making Juno's design more simplistic is going to be the greatest hurdle in the future with how I've designed her Stigmata.

Admittedly I think it could be better to get it closer to what I pictured. Some of the shots feel a bit basic or maybe even difficult to understand for the average viewer. It's been important to remind myself to not expect to be good at something you've never done before.

It's given me a lot of confidence to try new things in the future. Throughout the process I've learned about time-charts, tweening, some node based video editing in DaVinci resolve. Figuring out in-betweens and spacing has been a nightmare but easier with every shot finished.

I animated the bodies on a mixture of 2's and 3's and the hair on a completely different time table and it's impossible to color I'm gonna have to redo the whole linear to make this not a nightmare

We had a 2 week time frame to make it from start to finish, so the game isn't very long, but it's a concept we three really cared about making and a /lot/ of hard work went into it! After the jam we're thinking about bringing on a few more people and developing it a little further!

I've said it before, I'll say it again, it's just not. fucking. worth it. I'm not gonna swim with sharks because the water's warmer than the perfectly good pool right next to us.

Nothing is stopping anybody from cross-posting until they feel they're at a good enough spot to move. Nothing is stopping people from growing that audience now rather than wait until Elon literally forces you to, cause I fully believe it's his intent to chase artists off at this point.

Real shit, and the whole thing about not wanting to leave behind a following.. 1. Guarantee a majority of that number is just bots or dead accounts 2. You can start building a following on other sites at any time! I used to have 6k on twitter and I'm doing far better with the 600+ I have here.

It makes absolutely no sense to me, especially since it's such an easy thing to get around- literally just follow the shit that entertains you it's THAT easy. I have little sympathy for people who complain about Twitter whilst also refusing to move cause there's virtually no point in staying.

Fresh coat of paint usually helps in my experience! Small tweaks or big ones, it's fun to re-imagine a character.
