Mitt Marney @mittmarney.bsky.social · 09/07/2025That “war” lasted approx. 2000 years, so it can't really be called war. Still, it's all very interesting because the male genes passed along after this mostly belonged to the aggressive type, which would in turn explain the last few thousand years of history. So idk, perhaps we should all relax now?youtube.comThe Forgotten Prehistoric War That Killed 95% Of All MenYouTube video by ExtinctZoo 030 0

Mitt Marney @mittmarney.bsky.social · 17/06/2025The only sensible approach to watching TV shows these days: wait until the whole thing has been released, then check ratings for the final season's finale. Because it doesn't make sense to invest your time into something that started great, but then producers saw the opportunity to milk it dry. 030 0

Mitt Marney @mittmarney.bsky.social · 09/06/2025Superman vs Muhammad Ali cover preliminary by Joe Kubert, 1976, black & white image. Legend has it that Kubert's image was dumped because Ali's management didn't like the way he looked, so the commission was passed to Neal Adams. Imo, the Kubert version is tighter, more dynamic, more interesting. 020 0
Mitt Marney @mittmarney.bsky.social · 09/06/2025This is naughty of me, but when AI prompters start arguing that they're artists, what I like to do is use AI for the discussion, just paste whatever it generates as a counter-reply. Mitt Marney @mittmarney.bsky.social · 26/05/2025The Eternaut TV show is not the comic book. It's only based on it and so far it is not as great. However, the comic is a masterpiece and the bar it set is really high. What we got, once it cleared the awkward initial episodes, is still a more than decent apocalyptic television, and I like it so far. 040 0
