If the SCOTUS ruled that tariffs imposed by Trump were illegal earlier, and that the Fed Govt has been refunding US Importers, then why is Trump's NEW trade war with Canada and imposing ridiculous tariffs against them, also not illegal ???

I wonder if the Supreme Court fully understood what would really happen by giving Donny immunity from prosecution by breaking laws while in office ? Donny is breaking all kinds of Constitution Laws. He is being sued in Court and losing most, but what a waste of judicial time for this Dictator.

@weissmann.substack.com The SCOTUS is making plenty of decisions defying Trump's dictatorship ways. But he defies them. Why can't the SCOTUS hold him in Contempt, get US Marshalls to haul him away? Is it because the Court gave him immunity and he is allowed to make these unofficial official acts ??
