stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 14/01/2025yes omg i love book glinda… elphaba leaving her behind instead of glinda choosing to stay behind is so interesting!! and im liking the book iteration of fiyero a lot more too. im like 3/4 of the way through now and will definitely update with all my thoughts when i finish 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 05/01/2025yes, and i’m very embarassed for certain people claiming otherwise… 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 05/01/2025+ i adore the wonderfully odd fantastical tone of the writing and setting. i’m loving how biting elphaba’s personality is in the book too and how glinda is actually seems affected by whats happening around her with her ama and the animals 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 05/01/2025awesome!! ive just reached the part before the philosophy club when elphaba tells glinda they’re going to the emerald city and im loving it and how much more in-depth it goes into the politics and religion and the characters compared to the musical 110

stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 29/12/2024actually need to do this because ive really started reading the book now and i have no one to discuss this stuff with. the dragon clock puppet show? whatever elphabas parents’ deal is? i just got to glindas first chapter and her point of view is so amusing 250

stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 11/12/2024i think we should actually be applauding misty for managing to break something that is built to withstand a plane crash 3284
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 01/12/2024oh if its old photos it must be fake. i see they’ve tricked the fallout new vegas game director into following them too😭 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024ohhh perhaps i will have to investigate this further… 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024goddamnit but i wanted to use it to watch the new season at a discount😩they hate to see yellowjackers win 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024and a setting, but a LOT of creative liberties were taken with wicked and it feels different in like every meaningful way imo 100
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024but that was also a double edged sword because i was more critical about how things are “supposed” to be than someone who has never seen the musical before also i dont think you necessarily have to like the wizard of oz to enjoy wicked! yes they technically share characters 100
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024oh yeah the promo REALLY made not want to watch the movie too lol. but i ended up tagging along with someone to go see it and admittedly enjoyed a lot of aspects. however i was already a big fan of the stage musical, so i was familiar with the songs and knew i would at least enjoy them 100
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 30/11/2024the paramount plus black friday deal only lasts for two months… this is useless to Me 280
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 27/11/2024yeah might have to do that because was so much happening that i probably did not fully absorb 110
stjarna @mistysblackbox.bsky.social · 27/11/2024welp finally watched the first act of arcane s2 but i felt like my parents because i constantly had to ask the person i was watching with what just happened 1120
