About the misogyny -- actual page from an actual comic Miller did, a few years after 9/11:

Frank Miller-drawn page from his All Star Batman and Robin run, featuring Wonder Woman. I'm older than 30. I knew, thanks to the dusty book pictured, who Trans folx were before I went to Middle School. It was a shit description, by modern standards. Yet they were represented.
