I’m almost out of peaches and a cobbler seemed like the way to end the season. I used @georgiadunnbcn.bsky.social’s recipe for biscuits (sweet version) for the topping. Obviously I’m a biscuit cobbler gal, what about you? Cake? Pie crust? Or are you team crisp or crumble? Anyone a sonker fan?

A cast-iron skillet fresh out of the oven sits on a stove top. It contains peach cobbler — the kind topped with biscuits, not cake batter or pie crust. The peaches are juicy and the biscuits are golden- brown. You wish you could have some.

soon as I saw the recipe for Peaches and Cream Victoria Sandwich from @vaughnvreeland.bsky.social at @nytimes.com I had to make it. The mint garnish is from my garden. The peach tea soak (I used my favorite peach oolong) and the lemon zest in the cake made it 👩‍🍳💋
