I just graduated from weekly therapy to now once every two weeks. ߹𖥦߹ My Therapist said she is proud of my progress. I’m now on two different medications that we feel are helping too. I’m so happy. It can get better. Trying to kick PMDD’s ass.

Transparency. During PaxWest I had a very bad anxiety attack. So I went to the first aid room to check my heart rate to see if I was dying or if it was anxiety. It was anxiety. I didn’t attend the rest of the event after. I’m working on myself. I hope next year I do better.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Since I spoke about it you’re the second person to mention antihistamines to me. I think this is something I’ll mention to my doctor too. Mine manifests in debilitating depression and repetitive thoughts and I’d love to beat it.

PMDD is a severe condition and you cannot just ‘be okay’ thru trying your best. It doesn’t work that way. Medication is required. But I have a fantastic medical team helping me and I am feeling so hopeful. Once I figure this out I can return as normal & be my best self.

I’m going to overshare. I may have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. I am pursuing testing & diagnosis but it would explain my constant cycle of thinking I’m okay & then falling into disabling symptoms every month. Good news - if I can find treatment I can feel better.

I have relocated my snails&slugs back to nature because they wouldn’t stop having snex and making babies. I kept 4 slugs: Mergatroid (Arion rust), Hazel (Arion Beige), Fiora (Cellar slug) and Vaati (Leopard Slug). Vaati has a seperate house because wants to eat the others.
