As for my cool weather crops, I’ve never had such happy Brussels sprouts. Swiss chards is growing beautifully and my broccoli’s coming along well. My garden is such a weird mix of warm and cool climate plants. #vegetablegardening #texasgardening

Really surprised by these cabbages surrounding my bok Choi. They were left over seedling planted way too late. February’s here! Time to start playing in the garden. I did soil amendments to both of my older gardens. Started my spinach, carrots, radishes, and peas straight in the winter garden. Lettuce seeds are starting in the greenhouse with cabbage. My broccoli is still going well, so no seedlings yet.
