I grew up in WV; it's nice hearing "Country Roads" everywhere, except: 1. The song really isn't about WV. The Shenandoah River/Blue Ridge Mountains aren't in WV. 2. WV has some of the lowest K-12 and higher ed scores. Maybe stop singing about it. Maybe work to make it a better place for education.
