Today I really enjoyed sharing my adaptation of the EEF @theeef.bsky.social seven step model for developing independence, at a local MAT INSET. Their current focus is inclusion and high quality teaching and we agreed that this model supported these.

Having a geek chat with Kymberley Dainty yesterday about worldviews & she used a fab new phrase to me: Us-ness Used to explain how there are things that you believe/do/think as part of a group e.g. family It's what connects you to your tribe. What's makes 'me', belong to 'us'. #TeamRE

I think we have crossed wires. I meant a comprehensive document as the HA has (see info) about key issues for history, for feedback. All NATRE has is one news item asking teachers to get pupil opinions for their evidence? Kathryn’s blog is a summary of her thoughts?

Mentioned this as a strategy for learning quotations on my webinar and given as a resource. Suggested that teachers do it when planning a GCSE curriculum using the spec points and then can be a starter/HW for students. Repeated quotations allowed/encouraged (as long as they’re relevant)
