I can’t find a vid of ARKit in my stuff rn but blendshape tracking (if I’m remembering right) makes the model make specific expressions when you do things like frown or smile, things that can be hotkeys. ARKit will track finer details like winking, a half smile, kissies, or sticking out your tongue.
