One way I can tell my mental is getting better is when I feel bored/restless, it means I can feel time passing which is a good sign, since I could zone out for hours without noticing time pass at all ;; so yeah im thankful im getting bored more often

I noticed something interesting in the internet: Back then, if you didn't understand a slang word people assumed you were too young. But now if you dont understand a slang they assume you're old. I think that it's because the Internet is more used by younger people now?
