Getting some more testing in on the Morpher of Theseus. Adding a filet to the bottom of the X-bars helped a ton. I re-measured all the catch dimensions as well for a more accurate fit. The handle and button still need some minor adjustments before I call it done #powerrangers #supersentai

The labels swap using a spring and a curved plastic bit that sits on a rail. Fiddly to put back together, but really interesting to study!
