"Somehow Paltatine returned" is such a great line, because they didn't even try to justify it. JJ and Terrio wanted Palpy to be in it, because they're hacks who refused to "yes and" the previous movie, so they just dropped him in and said "fuck you" to the audience and storytelling as a whole.

Instead of making the protagonist the strongest, most badass warrior in the land, more video games about conflict should embrace stories about misfits, outcasts, and/or inexperienced people that the world doesn't take seriously. The character progression is baked right into the story.

Wispy white clouds dot the blue sky,
through the window, trees sway
gently as the wind combs through them.
You open the window to let in the breeze,
its warmth glides across your arms,
grazes your cheek and holds you,
melting the tension in your shoulders,
massaging your pained muscles and joints,

and filling you with life.

The days stretch wearily on.
The night sky lives beyond the horizon.
