#Bookvember I was allowed to read what I wanted as a kid, which is funny considering I wasn't allowed to watch anything "violent" on TV - including Pokemon. I found fanfiction in middle school, and to this day, my mom still doesn't understand exactly what that means. 🤣

Brooke hates being lied to. It's an ultimate form of betrayal for her. Unfortunately, she will have to face some lies, especially lies of omission, from the people she trusts and learn how to keep trusting them at the risk of getting in too deep and hurting the few people she cares deeply about.
