26. Hades had really amazing voice acting. Especially whomever voiced Bouldy! They put a lot of passion into that role.

25. Lunar Remastered Collection. I never got to play these games back then, so this remastered collection is something that has been on my radar for quite a bit!

24. Mega Man 3. If you ask me, I usually say that Mega Man 2 and 3 are tied for my favorite Mega Man game. But nostalgia will give 3 an ever so slight edge. It was my first Mega Man game, and it is one that I still play heavily to this day!

...I don't know why I'm like this.

23. Persona 5 Royal was highly stylized in every facet and the aesthetic of the characters all the way down to the UI is something I was drawn to very quickly!

22. Mega Man 7. As much as I really enjoy classic Mega Man, for me, Mega Man 7 is my least favorite one. It does cool things and introduces characters like Bass and Treble. But compared to Mega Man X, I feel like it definitely fell a little short. Still a great game overall, though!

19. Ni No Kuni has such a beautiful world. I definitely would not mind living in a place like Ding Dong Dell!

15. And as it so happens... ZZZ is what I'm playing at the moment!

14. I won't post the exact thing I'm using as a wallpaper because it'll be spoilers, but it is one that I captured from a scene in Zenless Zone Zero!

13. Final Fantasy. I have played the OG Final Fantasy games more times than I can count, and it still remains to be one of my favorite games in the whole series.

12. GRIS. This is a truly beautiful experience—an excellent example of how games can tell powerful stories, even without words. Seriously, give this one a try. It's really good!

11. This is a hard question, and it's always a toss-up between the SNES and the Playstation for me. But I will give the slight edge to the Super NES since I had many more memories with it.

10. Capcom vs SNK 2. Thanks to Capcom Fighting Collection 2, this game is finally widely available again—and it still holds up as one of the best 2D fighters out there. It's incredibly versatile, with a huge roster of characters to choose from.

9. Frog's Backstory. I always felt like when you take a look into Frog's past, it's so tragic. I always feel for him so much.

8. Nier: Automata. This has been the hardest question for me so far. The game's OST evokes so many emotions, and the way each track fits into the story is a masterclass in composition. It's truly a stunningly beautiful soundtrack.

7. Zack and Aerith. I loved the dynamic of these two so much in Crisis Core. 😭I still think that this is actually my favorite pairing in Final Fantasy. I really wished they could have had more time together...

6. Paimon. I could’ve listed so many characters here—like Navi from The Legend of Zelda or Rise and Teddie from Persona 4—but Paimon takes the cake. I don’t even play Genshin Impact, but the sheer amount of exposition and nonstop yapping from her has always aggravated me.

4. Zenless Zone Zero. I'm not usually a fan of gacha games, but Zenless Zone Zero has been the exception. I've genuinely have a lot of fun with it. I've even managed to keep my impulses in check, so it's been a completely free-to-play experience for me!

3. Astral Chain. This game does not get talked about much, and I found that it had some of the most fun combat that I've experienced. I hope we get to revisit this world at some point!

Today on my Discord, I decided to open up about some things, especially because it is Mental Health Awareness Month. It feels pretty scary but also freeing to open up about things.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I truly hope each of you is doing okay. I also wanted to take a moment to open up about my own journey—something I’ve only hinted at before.

Life can be incredibly hard. Mental health challenges don’t show up like physical wounds, but they can hurt just as much—sometimes more. I struggle with a few of these myself, and at times, it can feel overwhelming. It’s not easy to talk about, but I’ve learned how important honesty is—for healing, for boundaries, and for connection.

Boundaries do matter. Without them, people might not realize they’re causing harm. So I’m trying to be clearer about mine—not out of coldness, but out of care for my well-being. For example: if you message me and I don’t reply right away, it’s not personal. I might not have the emotional bandwidth in that moment. It doesn’t mean I don’t care—it means I need space.

And if I ever feel like I’m being treated more like a tool than a person, I’ll pull back. I don’t have the energy for one-sided or dehumanizing interactions.

Most people only see the version of me that’s cheerful and “on”—the stream persona. But there’s also a quieter version: one that’s tired, anxious, and sometimes wants to hide under the covers for days. That’s part of why I’ve moved to a lighter, more flexible stream schedule. I’m not a machine—I’m a person, trying my best.

I’m not sharing this for pity. I just want to be real with you. I fight these battles every day. I don’t win them all—but I keep going. I’m not giving up.

Thanks for reading. If you’re fighting too, please know I’m rooting for you. Wishing you strength, peace, and self-compassion—this month and always.

I think one of my favorite things about Expedition 33 is the cool stuff you can find if you go off the beaten path. @queenieleo.bsky.social made sure that I did not miss this incredible outfit for Gustave early on!

There was such an overwhelming amount of love shown to me today that I’m still reeling from it all. I powered through 6 Megaman games, surrounded my amazing people who also had fun shuffling the games around. My cup runs over; thank you all. Truly. It meant the world.

What's a game that you were hyped for that disappointed you? I remember when I used to follow the development of Genshin Impact heavily. And then it came out and I felt underwhelmed, and like this definitely wasn't a game for me.
