know pain. Toronto. May 6th, 2024. Only through the sensing of pain do we truly know it. Our fantasies of suffering do not give us truth, only false empathies. model: @muirinafae.bsky.social #photography #nsfw #artmodel #nudemodel #fineartnude #artisticnude #torontophotographer #purple #witchy

A photo of art model Muirina Fae by photographer Rab Townsend. The model, a nude woman with long brown hair, stands against a gradient blue-to-violet backdrop. She is lit dramatically in vivid purple and cyan light. Her body twists slightly to her right, arms raised and crossing in front of her chest in a defensive or warding gesture, fingers splayed as if to push away an unseen force. Her brow is furrowed in concentration or resistance, eyes focused on her hands. The vivid colored lighting emphasizes the texture of her skin and musculature, creating a sculptural effect. The image radiates tension, vigilance, and a sense of holding boundaries, evoking themes of resistance, autonomy, and embodied emotion.
