I dug around and found an older one from 2002 when they were still in full operation. They spent years wrestling with increasing car traffic (there were no tram-only lanes; they had to compete with cars)

I wish I could have shown you the Gifu streetcars of my youth, but they died in 2005. The only surviving specimen is now display piece in front of the station.
