I think this one is actually hitting me harder than Dolly and Tim Curry. I'm seriously tearing up/trying not to cry at work right now.

Went on a little road trip to Beaufort, NC. Walked around, visited a few sites and grabbed lunch. Though as a #SWATKats fan I’d be remiss if we didn’t stop at a certain local place. T-shirt also get.

Warm Saturday evening on the deck. (Hey, kids! There’s a black & white resident hidden somewhere in this picture! Can you find him?)

Haven’t seen it (yet), but I’m just amused by the “not historically accurate“ frothing at the mouth these people are doing. Like… guys, you do know what “a myth” or “fiction“ is, right? Right?? Or were there actual, real-life cyclops and sirens and I just slept through that history lesson?

Earworm purgatory at its worst is an irritating track from over 30 years ago playing on an infinite loop in your brain. You search Google incessantly for the three words you remember, but finding the full song to eventually purge it from your psyche remains unattainable.

*sighs* This is a thing? Using big words discriminates? Did the dictionary abruptly go out of print and every last remaining copy disintegrate overnight? My elder millennial lady brain is at the point where I’m double-checking the definitions for words I had no problem using in my twenties.

#tadcspoilers Cried three times - Pomni hugging Ragatha, Pomni finding and hugging Jax who eventually clung back, and finally Cain's little presentation on the outside. The ending was kinda bittersweet to me, but a very good ending nonetheless. (I was also envious of Ribbit's very cool room. XD)

Rewatching “Chowder” and getting flashbacks to my short years as a freelancer. If I had known then what I know now, my contracts would’ve included an additional fee for every suggestion or opinion by a client’s spouse/relative/acquaintance because said client was suddenly clueless. XD

When we unofficially adopted Mooch and took him with us, he’d curl up into a concerned loaf and just kinda stare blankly anytime a box left the apartment. (Being abandoned twice traumatized the poor baby.) He was pretty happy when we moved into the house; plenty of windows to spy out of! XD

We don’t know what the context is behind that hug just yet, but I’m here for it. The brotherly bond those two share is amazing and heartwarming and it always makes my day. :D

Look, he’s just reaching for higher ground. You gotta step up if you want to climb the ladder of success, particularly when it comes to marriage. But, it *is*his fault for having a short fuse. He may want to try to take things slower. Baby steps.

Thanks! And, sure! 👍 I’d say the main rule is keeping it SFW - nothing suggestive, nothing offensive. For a short description, Riley has a very glass-half-full personality, loves 90’s grunge/rock and kaiju movies. If you need any additional info on her, let me know. Otherwise, go for it! :)

It's a weird feeling coming out of a near two and a half year haze where all your interests (be it entertainment or hobby-wise) suddenly become... well, interesting/fun again. Not that I'm going to hit everything at once, but there is definitely a lot I need to catch up on.
