🌱 Culinary herbs are a great way to start growing your own garden. Start off in 4-12" pots, water weekly and fertilize 1-2x a month, if that, and you'll easily give yourself a way to save at the grocery store.

Cleaning out the beds and doing prep work now will make things go smoother when planting season comes. Also, now is the time to get your seeds ordered and organized by planting date. My adhd brain doesn't exactly care for this prep, but starting now helps me be prepared for the busy season.

Had an appointment with my doc the other day and she asked what I was up to for the rest of it, to which I responded I was heading out to the garden. She looked up at me with a puzzled look on her face and asked if this was a normal time of year to be doing that. Friends. It is. #TheOutpost
