Tomorrow we travel to Carlisle City for a rare derby game! Our last visit was in the pre-season of 2023, when I managed to catch Martin Grundy's header in a 1-0 win. 🤞Fingers crossed it beats the weather.

Ah, feels like pitch inspection season gets earlier every year 🙄 Hope clubs aren't affected too badly this winter; can't stress enough how important it is to get games on (cashflow, fixture backlogs, travelling, etc).

If only! We're incredibly lucky to have a great team of volunteers who have been involved a while, but we're always keen for more to get onboard and share the load. But it's a common struggle. Visited a lot of clubs where it feels like it's just three or four people doing everything! 🤯
