Just saw a news article, "One fourth of real estate listings in XXXXX below last asking price", and I'm just confused as to why this matters? If you ask for a ridiculous price, then it doesn't sell, and you list it again for a slightly less asking, would that not contribute to this figure?

Still waiting for mine (got moved to a 2027 reservation at least!) but I just want to point out that tucked in this announcement is the fact they just made the CAD and electrical interface files public, that's huge for people / companies who tinker with hardware and make stuff for the Frame.

Yeah pricing ended up being right in the range I was expecting, slightly more than the Index was at launch. I'm actually pretty happy they were able to keep the 1TB below $2K Canadian, I was guessing it'd be closer to $2200.

All voice changer software will advertise AI now making it really hard to tell. I use a GoXLR which has physical controls and actual hardware audio filters (allowing you to listen back to the modified sound with no noticeable latency), but they went under a few years back and were quite expensive.

Very possible too, I know nothing about the guy outside this clip. I just know if someone was forcing me to do something similar, I'd probably also do as little as possible to sugarcoat it; try to make people upset like we are. I'm also not a C suite position at a major tech company though.

From this clip alone I think he's not hiding it because he knows it's a shit policy, there's no other way to spin it, and that the order came from above him (probably Amazon). You can hear it in his voice, he sounds upset almost. Not excusing it, but at least he seems honest as to why.
