Day 15 - Favorite Boss Fight There's so many good picks. If you asked me on the spot, I'd probably say something like Yunalesca or one of the final bosses like Kefka or Ultimecia. But my love for Seat of Sacrifice (Extreme) from FFXIV surpasses how much I love those other fights.

That being said, while I adore Kain there have been no shortage of amazing Dragoon characters in this series. In recent years we've gotten Estinien, Aranea and Dion, and I love all of these characters very deeply. It feels great to have my favorite class in my favorite series be represented so well.

Day 11 - Favorite Dragoon Talk about a great first impression for me. Kain Highwind is the perfect deuteragonist for Final Fantasy IV, and a character so iconic that his most famous pose represents the entire series. So much so, it's the logo of his debut game.

Day 10 - Favorite Job Anyone who knows me knows this one. In my heart of hearts I'll always be a Dragoon. It's a job I've deeply resonated with ever since I played my first Final Fantasy game, and that love for it hasn't gone away ever since.

10. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - MelonMix A fantastic fan-made attempt at a faux remaster of Days where Square Enix only offered a cutscene compilation. I haven't played this game since it came out and I'm not done with my MelonMix playthrough yet, but I really adore it still.

9. Mewgenics It's fantastic, I'm sorry to say. Crude, outdated sense of humor aside the actual gameplay here is fantastic. It's so spontaneous. I'll never forget having a bounce shot knock a healing item into a downed ally which caused them to explode or the time one of my cats got confused...

8. Demon Tides It's not bad. I like it a lot more than I liked Demon Turf. I'm not sure how I feel about there not being levels, but I really like the explorative nature of it and how amazing movement feels. This is "shorter games that look worse made by people who were paid more to work less"

7. Terraria Patch 1.4.5 My boyfriend made a server for us to start fresh when this patch dropped and since we progress through the game together I've basically just been building a bunch of stuff in my free time lol. I've been having a great time with it.

6. Yakuza: The Stageplay Really refreshing after the complete trash that was Yakuza Kiwami 3. I love these adaptations of Yakuza 1, especially when they're really silly like this. That aside, I thought the use of the stage and scene transitions was masterful. Wish I could see it live.

5. Yakuza Kiwami 3 Bad. Awful. So much worse than the original in every single way, and completely devoid of its own identity or artistry. Completely miserable to play.

Day 7 - Favorite Job System It was the first real one in the series, but FF5's job system is one of my all time favorites. I love leveling jobs to be able to get their skills on other jobs, it lets you mix and match in a very fun way.

Day 6 - Worst NPC Sorry Lyse, I like you a lot but you're kind of just missed potential. Stormblood really should've treated you better. (Valens, Fandaniel and Athena are all up there too, definitely beat Lyse if it said "most hated" instead of "worst")

Day 5 - Favorite Antagonist Another one where there's really only one choice for me. Kefka is such a great villain. He's sporadic, unpredictable, always a joy to watch and fun to fight against, and he actually achieves his goal.

Day 4 - Favorite Protagonist I mean, there's really only one right answer, right? I adore Cloud's journey of identity, having this false persona at the start of FF7 that he eventually has to unlearn to be the guy he was always meant to be + FF7's character design is just so good in general.

Day 3 - Worst Final Fantasy I appreciate how ambitious this game tries to be, but Final Fantasy II really just falls flat in just about every way while also changing systems that worked fine in the first game. It's one of the few FF games I can't find much good to say about.

Day 2 - Favorite Final Fantasy Final Fantasy VI is a game that's so special to me. The gameplay, music, world, characters, story and writing are all unlike anything else. I think it could stand to be harder, but still its such a comfort game for me.

Day 1 - First Final Fantasy Final Fantasy IV. It was the first sort of JRPG I experienced that wasn't Pokemon. I already knew the sort of prestige that the series had. While FF4 is pretty simple, the way it tells its story feels so meaningful and I was instantly in love with the series.

3. Blinx: The Time Sweeper Nothing hits quite like a Naoto Ohshima game. NiGHTS is one of my favorite games of all time, so it's not a surprise to say I really like this one. Fun time powers and open ended solutions to every problem you come across.

2. Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories Reverse/Rebirth Not nearly as good as the GBA version, but there's still a lot to like about Riku's campaign in this one. Much better than Sora's in just about every way.

1. UNBEATABLE Incredible yet messy masterpiece. Watched my boyfriend play this as the clock ticked past midnight on new years after playing it on launch myself, and we finished the whole thing in one sitting. Don't do that to yourself. Play this game, it's great, just do it in like 2 to 3 sessions.

aside from all the drama, this game looks so pretty. I think it somehow looks even better than Infinite Wealth. It's definitely using that games lighting engine, if not a beta version of one they're developing for Yakuza 9.

Killua has a special move that can't be cancelled out of, however it is jump cancelable meaning you can cancel it into grounded specials if you do so before he leaves the ground (including into the same special move). This is some next level Kusoge

idk if you know this but you can jump while moving the direction you wanna go, then turn your character with A/D keys and the S key, then press elusive jump quickly after without touching the camera. It's really convenient once you get used to it
