I called them MULTIPLE times a week between September 8th and today and today was the first time they called me back to inform me that I needed to submit *another* letter about why I'm appealing the original decision. They should have been able to tell me that is what I needed a month ago.

I'm so discouraged. I submitted my disability appeal on September 2nd. On September 8th I called them to verify they got it and to see if there was any other documentation they needed. They weren't sure, but they would reach out if so. #lincolnfinancial #disabilityclaims #minterland

When it rains, it pours. Not only have I lost my job, and insurance, right when I need it the most, today I found out that my car is on its last legs. My 12 year old car, worth $800, needs $10,000 in repairs. I'll drive it until it dies, but then I have no way to replace it. #minterland

Honestly, I just want to die and have this all finally over. I'm still trying to go to concerts and live my life, but the last one I went to I needed a wheelchair. To be clear, I don't think my weight loss is why I feel awful. I'm just sick. I just want my life back. 2 of 2.

I've officially lost half my body weight in the last 10 years. I don't feel good. Don't ever let anyone tell you that losing weight will make you feel better. I can't think, I can't breathe, I've lost my job because I can't think. I'm struggling to eat most days. 1 of 2

Thank you. I'm still hopeful my disability claim will get approved. That will take a lot of the stress off of me. I'll at least have some kind of money coming in then. I haven't had a full paycheck since June.

I'm talking to a lawyer on Monday. It's possible my work violated ADA laws since I asked for accommodations that they wouldn't even consider. I have no idea if I have a case or not, but I figured it was worth a conversation.

I was given a diagnosis of Disautonomia and POTS, but none of the treatments have helped and I have continued to deteriorate. And now I've lost my job and soon my insurance. I still have no diagnosis that explains my issues. All my testing comes back normal and my brain feels like mush. 13 of 13

I was still getting worse. So I went to the ER. The only thing they found when I was at the ER was that my magnesium and potassium levels were non existent. So they pumped me full of those and sent me home. Leaving the ER was the best I had felt that week. 12 of 13

get a CT scan to rule out blood clots in my lungs. At least three hospital staff tried to get me in a wheelchair before I relented, but only because I saw how far away the department was. I was nearly at my breaking point that afternoon when the CT scan came back clear, 11 of 13

I'm just told I'm fat and I'm depressed. I did not want to go to the ER. My doctor sent me for lab work, we agreed that if I got worse or if the labs came back with something definitely wrong I would go to the ER. 9 of 13

I saw my doctor that day. I couldn't get from my car to the office without stopping to catch my breath. My doctor's first words to me were, "I feel like I need to send you to the ER." I did not want to go to the ER, I'm very used to not being believed at the ER, 8 of 13

Thursday March 19, I was able to work for about an hour before I needed to sleep for two hours to recover, and then repeat. I started sending a few friends "proof of life" texts in the morning and asked a friend that has a key to my house to come check in on me if they didn't get one. 7 of 13

I still went to a concert that night. I took an Uber and sat in the ADA section. I sent my brother and sister-in-law a video message reminding them about my "funeral" requests (karaoke sing-along party), and that I wanted half my cremated remains to be spread at a concert venue. 6 of 13

I wasn't eating. I counted and I struggled to get 300 calories into my body that day. I also counted how many steps I could take before I was out of breath. Five steps. I put a chair in my kitchen because getting my morning meds together was too long to stand. 5 of 13
