whereas the cinnamon roll you want to be very cinnamon-heavy, *also* not too wet, minimal icing, if any. Want them to be kinda crispy, so they don't sog up too much.

it should be a specific kind of chili and cinnamon roll for it to really work. Chili needs to be dippable, i.e. no big chunks, not too watery, veggies need to be diced real small and cooked down, or blended with the chilis. preferably warm, but not "spicy". Hormel no beans, for example.

Nope. I'm guessing that there were enough players for the event to set up to be 6 rounds but they only wanted to run 4 and couldn't figure out how to end the event early and that was their solution. As long as the prizes were awarded based on the standings after round 4, it doesn't really matter.
