Happy New Year! This year I want to focus on posting more of my art, all steps not just the 'good' looking ones. Stop over worrying about if its good enough for others. Work out everyday. If you don't see me much its not personal I'm just putting my spoons towards things that I've neglected.

I really don't know how to flirt... or like know if the flirting I do is effective... Just feel embarrassed and making a fool of myself... Trying not to let my anxiety spiral me into thinking that its useless and what I get for not being a proper girlfriend in my ended relationships..

Got asked if I would be willing to be a Coach this season from my old employer. Sad that its not the one I wanted but I know I'll do well at it. Now just waiting for the offer email and sign it to have it be a for sure.

Had my psyche appointment and my previous provider I guess is no longer at that practice and they put me with a new provider... He just pulls up my chart and goes oh so you are taking these (meds), I'll send for a refill and we'll see you in a month.. like??? Not even a question on anything...??

Apparently the thing I was trying to hide cause I still needed to sort how I felt out was hidden behind glass and I did not forsee this level of being exposed.... I wouldn't say I'm an open book but I will say I'm the fucking cover of one...

I'm going on a trip for a friend's wedding and I'm stressed trying to figure out how to pack everything but also I'm scared.. I have only met 3 of those who are going irl off the internet. Unlike discord I can't be turned down volume wise irl, so I'm scared that they'll tell me I'm being too much.

I've had a rough few recent years and I'm slowing navigating my way to getting to a place I'll be fine... Having depression is heavy, having anxiety is nauseating, and having sporadic insomnia is numbing... There's so much I want to do and know I need to do, but it just... can't...doesn't..

I ordered new glasses today and I'm excited to finally get a main pair again and not have to use my back ups! Also to not have so many headaches cause the prescription is almost 4 yrs old.

I don't know.. maybe I'm being too much because I'm off my medication while waiting to try a different one since the other one just made me feel.. nothing. Anyways I do wish my friends a wonderful holiday and new year regardless of how mine goes.

Tomorrow is my birthday and once again I'm trying not to let things get to me.. I just.. want to feel like people care about me... honestly I say people but it's more my family.. My earliest memories of my birthday is my sister getting me to open my presents early which made my father yell at me.
