Since a BL author just got harassed off Twitter for being “problematic”, while her manga’s been praised, and her art was used as cutesy template for OCs for years. I still can’t figure out a way to do base color without too much overflow nor taking too much time. Lasso and bucket tool are great but hand-paint gives more texture especially when you do underpainting. Is the nature of doing base color being tedious, or is my attention span too short? 😭

Well my HDD’s dead out of nowhere. No sign that it was dying, nothing. My 2025 data (clip studio files, video game screenshots, reference photos). All gone. I have a few backup in my USB from 2024 and a discord server for my art, so not as bad as when my laptop was stolen a few years ago, but yeah
