I am overwhelmed... Ive got mentors who say "you need to control the people who work for you" and i watched people shrink and get humiliated in front of my eyes and thats just What makes you think people would willingly want to listen to you or follow your lead by doing that?

I tend to find myself in situations where i dont mean to be inspiring but the people around me feel motivated or inspired to do greater things. Im usually so serious and focused on executing our goals but.... I have my moments? I surprise myself a lot.

One thing I can never understand is how people believe they'd fail at something when theyre actively making progress towards becoming better Or believe theyd fail if they havent even tried it at all I just cant comprehend it.

I have a little bit of advice i want to share The ultimate way to gain confidence in a skill or learn something fast is to: Accept that youre going to suck. But keep doing it until you get better. You dont need to act like you have it all figured out yet, but just know that you will figure it out.

During my time offline... i was able to form a partnership with another company and it made me think. Of radiostatic. And how sweet, but ridiculous vox's partnership proposal to alastor was. Please enjoy me being unreasonably rational about a show centered on relationships and demonic drama:

Right now, I'm learning how to balance my love for business with my love for radiostatic I spend a lot of my time working on projects, managing our company, meetings, contracts, my relationships with others, alongside personal life. I'd like to dedicate more time again for art & radiostatic
