#TavQOTD Boom! Your Tav/Durge has been cursed by the spirit of hairdyes. Their hair is now a crazy color! Which is it? And do they maybe even like it a little? Rose pink hair for Claire! She’d be have some fun rocking this hair for a day or two, but soon she’d want her natural hair colour back.

#tavqotd What does your Tav/Durge think of Pixies? Claire thinks that Pixies are delightful, but she’s aware that they’re very mischievous and so is keen to stay in their good books. (Also, look at Astarion smiling at Claire like he didn’t just get all huffy over her releasing Dolly Thrice!)

#tavqotd Not to sound all “Targaryen” haha, but whenever Claire is facing something that terrifies her, she would whisper to herself “I carry the blood of the dragon in me” as a way of calming and bracing herself. That phrase does a lot of heavy lifting.

#TAVQOTD Claire mainly speaks four languages: Aglarondan (her native language and the one she thinks in), Elvish, Common (being the “Lingua Franca” of Faerûn), and Draconic. Claire also knows a lot of swear words in other languages. She rarely swears but still thinks it’s funny to learn them.

#Tavqotd What is your OC's alignment? (Lawful good, chaotic neutral, etc.) Why? Claire is Neutral Good. She tries to do good for its own sake, without a bias towards or against laws and order. Essentially she believes that some rules can be ignored or bent if it’s for the greater good.

#tavqotd What is your Tav/Durge's favourite weapon of all times? Can be a game item, or a non-game item. The weapon they'd choose over any other weapon. Claire’s top choice of weapon is the Incandescent Staff. The extra Fire Bolt and Fireball spells are fantastic!🔥🔥🔥

#TAVQOTD Claire was starstruck as she’d heard of the stories of Elminster’s incredible power and feats. And also because she knew that he was a lover of the Simbul-a powerful sorceress and the ruler of Aglarond (Claire’s homeland). For her it’s like meeting a celebrity who dated the Queen.😆

#OCQOTD Does your OC participate in April Fools Day? Yes! Claire convinced Astarion to wear fake moustaches with her, and if questioned about it, they would both act like they always had them. Claire: Astarion I moustache you a question. Astarion: sorry darling, you must shave it for later.

#tavqotd Age. How old is your Tav or Durge at the beginning of BG3? At the beginning of BG3, Claire is 30 years old, and she turns 31 roughly halfway through the adventure. The Nautilod crashed on Eleasis 20 (August equivalent), and Claire’s birthday is on Eleint 30 (September equivalent).

#TavQOTD Claire considers Isobel a good support friend, as she’s someone who’s also in love with an immortal. Claire only speaks highly of Astarion and would never reveal any of his secrets, but she finds it nice to talk to another who also faces the unique challenges of such a relationship.

#tavqotd Claire’s mom Yvaine was born in Sildëyuir, home of the Star Elves located in the Feywild. In her youth, she lost her family to an attack from Nilshai (wormlike monsters that invaded Sildëyuir). Devastated, she fled to the Material Plane, where she would spend decades as an adventurer.

#tavqotd Daphne’s choice of instrument is the Lute. It was the first instrument she got her hands on as a child and she’s being playing it ever since, plus it allows her to sing along while she’s playing. (Also, the Lute is the same size as Daphne and it looks hilarious from some angles! 😆)

#TavQOTD For the sorcerer Tavs/ Durges: How did it *feel* for them to be cut off from their magic at the Sussur tree? For Claire, the physical feeling was cold and suffocating, basically sensory deprivation. Mentally, Claire felt confused and vulnerable, she wanted to get away from the tree ASAP.

#tavqotd Claire would still be the De Facto leader as she founded the group and deals with most of the interpersonal relations, but the authority would be more balanced between her and Wyll due to their high charisma. She and Wyll would defer to each other in their respective areas of expertise.

#tavQOTD If you have multiple Durge/Tavs, do they have anything in common? Do you have a signature “look” you give them? One thing that Claire, Daphne, and Zofi all have in common is that they have a messy bun hairstyle. 😆

#tavqotd What do your Tav's/Durge's parents look like? Claire’s parents were Leomir and Yvaine Telmäera. They were both Star Elves, and a powerful duo together. Leomir was a Sorcerer whose bloodline descended from a Gold Dragon, and Yvaine was a brave and kind Paladin of Devotion.
