20 reviews is huge. Not counting free copies or press, our game has 12 reviews currently. It makes sense but I had no idea the average consumer just.. doesn't leave reviews. Most just play games and that's it. So every review helps for sure.

Pixel art for the win. 3D has it's place, and in many ways the two mediums can exist together. I think the game's industry is learning the lesson of "3D graphics don't equal AAA quality", in fact it's quickly becoming the opposite. Very rarely do you see a "low quality" pixel based game.

Really it depends on the game you're making, but I find you can usually have your cake and eat it too. Maybe the world sprite is the smaller one, but the dialogue picture / codex / etc can have a HD hero sprite. Have a think on that and how you can optimise quality vs workflow.. you got this! ^^

So gorgeous! Love the bug-type feel to it. 64x64 looks better (more detail) but really it depends, you're basically doubling your workflow if you decide to do a higher scale. It's a tech and time consideration. The little legs are sooo cute!!
