Another illustration in an ongoing series of Kanmusu focused TF arts. This time it’s Zuikaku who’s undergoing a rapid bottom heavy metamorphosis into a pear! Tight corridors and bulkheads aren’t making an escape easy. Being teased about it just adds to her fruit flustered fury.

Zuikaku (Kancolle, Kantai Collection) is in the process of swelling, no, ripening into a doorframe as she transforms from Kanmusu into a massive juicy pear.

I think it certainly encourages a behavior to ghost and avoid responsibility. You'd (unfortunately) know first hand I was not the best at handling commissions. But I tried to maintain the ethic of being responsive and courteous to avoid disrespecting clients, even if they were dissatisfied.

When communication about a commission is strictly prohibited between an artist and a client, it's frustrating. Demoralizes from wanting to continue using a certain art platform, regardless if it's adhering to some cultural value of “avoiding conflict”.

Luckily, I've gotten much better at this lately!

A three panel comic titled "Portion control". A person is looking at art online. At first they are motivated "That's some interesting art... Maybe I should try that too?" They keep looking at more art and feel motivated: "Wow!! These artists are so good! I can't wait to go practise so I can catch up!". Logging back into gachas after 6+ Months and being bombarded by the sheer amount of new mechanics, terminology, currencies, collectibles, story, etc. it expects you to pick up. Immediately kills the interest. I just don't have the time or attention span for this stuff anymore.

I think my resolution for the coming New Year is to be more vocal with thoughts and opinions, even if no one reads or responds to them. I am a very self conscious person publicly, so art is the only way I feel valuable enough to express myself. But yeah, try and not be as elusive as I have been.

Permaberry 043 sits comfily with a few liters of egg nog and too many of Minoleta’s Mince Pies at her side. She invites you to watch holiday movies with her, after which time she’ll likely have swollen up too big and round to move. Whether that’s good or bad is up to debate.

Kashima (Kancolle/Kantai Collection) [Blueberry Inflation + Shrinking]

Kashima has become the victim of a bizarre and cruel experiment conducted off screen by Katori, who no one could have expected. Not only is she transformed from a Kanmusu into a fruit, but Kashima is also in the process of shrinking to the actual size of a true blueberry! To not only grow, but also shrink. How horrifying!

Whether this transformation is reversible is unknown, but things do not seem optimistic as Kashima gradually shrinks smaller into her clothing. It might be soon her quiet cries for help disappear into her panties as she's lost in the sea of fabric. Katori can only giggle at the outcome of her experiment. She gathers up the clothing for disposal and carries on with her busy day.
