Cleo is still taking it easy, the combo of cushings, and her severe ear infection that has thrown off her entire balance and ability to walk is so tough to watch. She is getting stronger it seems from the antibiotics but hate seeing her miserable. 😭🐶😞

Cleo had what seems like Vestibular Disease recently (on top of her cushings) which causes her eyes to rapidly move left to right nonstop, and vet just prescribed anti-nausea meds. Hoping she gets better in a few days, have had to carry her outside to go to the bathroom. 😭 Poor girl. 😭😭

Back from a hiatus! Not too much is new, busy with school, Cleo has had health issues so we bought a stroller/buggy that also attaches to the bike. Lots of short hikes and still can’t believe the timeline we live in with all the craziness. 😖

New member of the family! Husband found her outside his work drinking from a puddle.. fast forward the kitten had pyometra and needed life saving surgery. And thousands of dollars later she is recovering and best friends with Cleo. 🩵🩵💓💙✨✨💖 I love love love the donut cone she has now 🤣🍩

Out of commission for a bit. Was hiking yesterday and slipped on the top of the stairs (first pic) and fell backwards slamming my back into the wooden steps and slid about 4 steps down. Clifty Falls State Park tried to take me out. Currently relaxing and binging true crime. 🫨🥴🫩

Cleo collapsed while we were camping in Michigan and a second time as soon as we got back to Cincinnati. Took her to the ER and decided to take her off the Vetoryl medicine for cushings disease that was killing her. Will be starting more holistic supplements this week to hopefully get her back to 💯🥺

Got to the bottom of Cleo’s abnormal bloodwork and increased thirst and panting. Cushings Disease. 🤔😭 Ordered the medication the vet had recommended and hopefully she improves and still lives an incredible rest of her life as a senior boxer. Excited for our hiking trip next ween to get away 🥾🌳🪾🐶⛺️🏕️
