after a few sessions. Thought it was a load of Woo Woo until it worked! :)

Do you think there's a downside? I can remember going to a beach where a lot of people were buried in the sand so that the hot sand could help alleviate aches and pains... it was in Greece, not Clacton. Also my Dad was sceptical about Acupuncture after he broke his neck, but then changed his mind

Good point, and you know far more than me as a health pro. Just the thought that these biolabs exist scares the shit out of most people. WTF are they really for, for starters? Advancement of science fair enough, but is something more evil going on? Cure 4 cancer, great! Novichok... no thanks!

Who can you trust? Russia? Def. not. China? Well nope. USA? You have to say no to them as well, particularly now during Trumptime. and with that roadkill eating, vaccine sceptic Kennedy in charge of health over there. What a wonderful world.

Not every animal reacts the same way under pressure. Some copy, some freeze, but one always studies the problem and solves it first. That split second is pure animal cognition.

About horror films, the last one I watched that i was really impressed with was 'It Follows'. 2014. Ticked all the boxes for me.

Yes it's all good fun, I'm not antihallow, and we all need fun occasions to help mark time through the year, if only to break up the tedium and drudgery of everyday existence... but if another of those little gits eggs my windows again this year, I swear I'll... 😉

Sunday is Day 1684 of Russia's all out war on Ukraine. But it's also exactly 4,700 since the Ukrainian people's real struggle to be free of Putin. On 21 November 2013 "Maidan" protests began after Putin ordered his puppet in Kyiv to abandon EU agreements. This is the daily🧵

I think it's an American idea. Who'd have thought so? Lets get the kids to go and extort the neighbors out of candy, or have scum spray painted on their front doors if they dont comply. Yep, as Amercan as apple pie! 😉
