A darkroom enlarger installed on top of a rolling metro cart, sitting in the corner of a very queer womans bedroom. The cart itself is about five feet tall with three shelves. Behind the enlarger is a back-board made of corrugated plastic and covered in failed prints. The enlarger mounted on the top shelf extends the height of the whole thing another four feet. This miraculously clears the doorway into my bathroom.

The middle and bottom shelves of the darkroom cart. Dangling off the top shelf are several keychain charms. The middle shelf has a 1-hour darkroom timer, several boxes of multigrade paper, contrast filters, pens and sharpies, and a notepad. The bottom shelf has a small lightbox for viewing negatives and a vintage paper cutter. (Dont know why i specified vintage on the paper cutter; almost everything here is vintage lol)

The baseboard and work-surface of the darkroom cart. There is a timer for the enlarger, scissors and a safelight mounted on the plastic corrugated back-board, a grain focuser, and contrast filers. An easel lies in the foreground (you cant see but i drew marks on it to align my test-strip maker), a piece of undeveloped, exposed paper for focusing with the grain focuser, and a test-strip device (sheet of cardboard to align a test strip to get the same part of the photo in each test). A collage of "failed" prints are pinned up against the back-board. A cat lies in the open closet in the background, always judging me for my mistakes, supportively.

The Kodak Ektralite 10 was a consumer camera from the 80s and 90s. 110 format which I never knew existed before. Fixed focal length of 25mm f/8 and a fixed focus distance at 5 feet to infinity. Shutter speed is either 125 or 200 depending on the film ISO and it has a built in flash.

This is a later model that doesn't have a cover for the lens. More exciting late models had different colors but I guess this previous owner just liked boring looking cameras, I might paint this at some point lol.

Got this at a garage sale for $2, I am the second owner and like usual the person that sold it to me was stoked to know I would be actually taking pictures with it. This has become one of my favorite cameras, while it is point and shoot I feel like it offers a lot of creative control due to its limitations if that makes sense :3

Canon G-III QL17 (Canonet) with a fixed prime 40mm f:1.7 lens. Rangefinder camera from the 70s, apparently really popular. It has shutter priority auto mode, but I will be using it without batteries as a fully manual camera.

It needed the shutter blades cleaned which required opening the lens from the front, because it is fixed it was a pain. I had to buy a lens spanner and only chipped the retaining ring a little :P (I don't mind I collect cameras to use them not to resell them)

Nice little compact rangefinder that fits in my backpack as a daily driver much better than my SLR!
