Despite being a desert state, the river and aquifer running through the rift valley that splits our state from north to south makes for some excellent localized produce, particularly our chiles, tomatoes, and corn. Our local cuisine is unique because of that. 100

I hope some locals are letting the visitors know about some of the really good, local places. Our greatest culinary strength is as a melting pot, and almost every region has something wonderful to offer. 210
