Today the Harrier turns 60. After the carnage of the TSR.2 and P.1154 cancellations, and following 15 prototypes, the definitive P.1127(RAF) flew on 31st August 1966. It was soon to gain its famous name, Harrier. 1966. One World Cup and one jump jet. Jumpjetpenguin.com
