The VCR shutting down is very sad to hear. Along side the end of The Orphanage and My Place Ohio, this last year Chicago DIY is taking another big L. This is why it is still good to see places like Bookclub succeed and grow but it still hurts. Met alot of good people there.

Last thoughts on il-09 before the election. Disclaimer I am a big Kat supporter and have been extensively involved as a volunteer. Kats path to victory rests in young people turning out in a primary which any other year would be desperate but in today's climate seems like a strong option.
