I had that happen once on a new number and I didn't know the guy but I knew who he was. The messages were interesting and after a couple of years it finally stopped except this one person that callled like once a year for probably 15 years. I knew it was for him because she had the same last name.

There used to be a website that would find Amazon items you need to make free shipments. It was interesting to see what they you could find for 7¢ when you needed it.

I always give a detailed list what I did, give them IPs Mac addresses, how it works on another computer or another location different Vlan on or off the VPN and the first thing they tell you to do is something basic on the list that didn't fix it the first time.
