Second printing bb! Thanks to everyone who bought a copy of issue 1. We’ve sold out of 200 copies of our first printing (198 as I think I lost 2), and the second printing is here! Issue 1 available at the link in bio 👌

Want to pick up a copy of Hell’s Beckoning but don’t want to pay those pesky postage prices? Have no fear! We now have copies in Forbidden Planet (Edinburgh, Hanley, Belfast, and Derby) plus @travellingmanuk.bsky.social Leeds has got some too! Be sure to check them out if you’re nearby!

It’s here! The first issue of Hell’s Beckoning will be available on Monday! Myself, @nerdigrey.bsky.social and @zanker.bsky.social worked hard to create something cool for those jonesing for some creepy cowboy stories. Link is in my bio!

A comic with the title “Hell’s Beckoning issue #1” It features a skinny man in a Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses smoking a cigarette. The smoke rises from the end of the cigarette behind the man into the form of a ghostly spectral coyote. The desert background fades into the neon glow of a dive bar.

We have a cover! Hell’s Beckoning issue #1 is a weird west anthology comic, with the first issue coming real soon. Stay tuned for more! Incredible art from @nerdigrey.bsky.social and logo design by @splitmantra.bsky.social

Hey, Thought Bubble 2025 is on! Sad to be missing it this year as it really is the best comic con in the UK (don’t tell the others) but hopefully I’ll be able to attend as a vendor next year and show everyone what myself, @nerdigrey.bsky.social and @zanker.bsky.social have been working on 👀👀👀

Hello Scottish friends. This years @smallpressday.bsky.social is happening tomorrow if you’re around town. I’ll be organising, not promoting Hell’s Beckoning (maybe next year 👀👀👀) and it features all the awesome people on the Scottish indie comics scene right now.

Managed to pick up this the other day. This is a PSA to read Grommets if you haven’t. I may be writing horror but my true love is male coming of age tales set in the 90’s.

Killtopia is, put simply, rad as fuck. Buzzing for the sequel.

The Altiplano trilogy was one of the first indie comics I bought when I started getting into them. Show Gustaffo some love as he’s one of the best artists on the scene right now!

Meet Riley. He’s about to go on one hell of a trip. Art by the incomparable @nerdigrey.bsky.social Hell’s Beckoning. Coming soon.

A comic book illustration of a man with a garish orange Hawaiian shirt. He’s smoking a cigarette and adjusting his red sunglasses with his right hand. The smoke from the cigarette drifts up into the air, forming musical notes and the words “oh yeah, hallelujah on high!”

A big thanks to all who took an interest in Hell’s Beckoning! I’m now just finalising the artist(s) but since the series is an anthology I’m sure I’ll be in touch with some of you in the future. Lots of talented people on this app!
