Back in world war 2. They had small children draw red dots on the areas of the plane that were safe to shoot. This caused enemy fighters to focus on the red dots. Since those dots were safe areas, the planes were able to return home safely and continue the fight despite being shot up

A digital menu allows someone to use their current assistive technology to interact with it. Including font size increases, screen readers, hands free control. If they don't have working hands and arms and feet they arent reading a conventional menu without help.
