As a fan of professional wrestling, and many sports, I wish the "This is awe-some" chants from live shows would make its way to sports arenas I would definitely be trying to start that chant if I were in Minnesota watching this #PWHL finals game

They are either completely down, or down to only one train Was so looking forward to not driving up this weekend. But not going to miss the chance for a hockey and baseball weekend

Attention @seattlekraken.com fans - you can create your own custom Kraken Converse on their site I think they turned out well You're welcome 😁

Custom Converse All-Stars in Seattle Kraken colors - dark blue on the outter panels; light blue on the tongue and back stripe; teal-ish top trim; and red stitching. Rear stripe says Seattle on the left shoe, and Kraken on the right (in red)

Unless you were trying to get from Portland to Seattle currently. The trains aren't running at all - which definitely has thrown a wrench in seeing the Kraken and Mariners play this weekend 🫤

Do you think maybe we've reached a point where enough women's sports have been broadcast, that issues like this could be addressed? It has always struck me as weird that a power play in women's hockey is still referred to as a "man advantage" Skater? Player? Woman? Anything, please TY

If the stock market tanks enough, will we get a better chance of a higher pick in the next draft?

Yes, the offseason was hot garbage Yes, the team is probably going to miss the playoffs by less than three games and yes, it sucks to be a fan of this franchise a good portion of the time But I'll be damned as stuff like this still doesn't put a smile on my face Happy for Montes and his family

I have enjoyed the #PWHL (and #PHF prior to that) using the three-point system. Makes more sense each game being worth three total points Hopefully the NHL will eventually figure it out

🤣 I don't feel like this is a rumor that needs to be started. Though maybe if we did, the powers that be would finally start the Pickles Bluesky accounts 🤔

Also, if you use pinball map, you can put a comment in the location details section to indicate age restrictions, etc That specific field isn't searchable, putting the information in there could help You can also use the filter in the search function on their to search by location type

Two of my favorite sports broadcasters hanging out together for half an hour Delightful I have learned so much from them both - about the teams they cover, and broadcasting in general 💜 Seattle and the PNW are lucky to have them

I wasn't overly hyped about the theme when I first heard it. But getting a chance to see and play the machine in person, it is AMAZING I love what they were able to do with the lighting and the music. That, and it plays like a dream

Received my 2024 Portland Pickles Championship ring earlier this week Its quality and detail are about as ridiculous as the organization, which seems on brand Oh, and apparently I'm going to be announcing soccer this year 🤔 Will provide more details when I have them

Headed north to watch the #Kraken play tonight. Hoping to improve on a 2-8 record when watching at Climate Pledge, but I wouldn't put money on it Major goals tonight are to try and get autographs from Alison Lukan and Coach Carr 🤞🏼

I don't think it should be downplayed the impact that licensed properties had on pinball in that era A decent portion of that list is non-licensed games. Part of the popularity of TAF at the time was due to being a great game based off an intellectual property

Yeah, I hate this For a team that has been fairly anemic at SOG and SA, I thought his "shoot first ask questions later" mentality could help. But you can't help if you don't get ice time I also worry this signals a disconnect between Disco Dan and the front office

Today I learned that a queer bookstore has opened in the town I live in. Teenage me would never believe it Asked if they had any of the books @planetx.bsky.social has worked on. They didn't have them in stock, but were happy to order them for me Gotta support the community - and it feels great
