They played better than I thought they would. Missed some good opportunities and we can say part of it was luck on their end, but good teams find ways to win and this team has found plenty of ways to lose not just today but over the last two months. That’s coaching. Arteta out.

Doesn’t matter how many chances you get. What matters is converting on those opportunities. Aside from set pieces, this team has had a scoring problem all year. The played well, but it’s the little mistakes that kill you and this team happens to do that a lot.

As soon as they were traded I assumed he’s staying. I would have preferred to have flipped cease cause both were pitching better than him. But with Randy as our 5th option we have to pray no one gets hurt cause the last option would be Waldron. Or a bullpen day.

Laureano and O’Hearn are solid pickups. Still bummed about Leo but man, he did what was needed to fill the positions we needed. And we still have Salas, Mayfield and Cruz

I think the writers enjoy his all in mentality as much as he does. He’s been all over the headlines this morning. I’m not much of a gambler so I’ll appreciate the ride when it pays off. For now I’ll pour out some liquor for Leo, Bergert and Kolek

I’m with you. I don’t like the move, especially because I feel like DeVries is going to be solid. A win now move that mortgages your future for a roster that has been dominant in one position but has two glaring holes in the lineup… It’s a little reckless. But it wouldn’t be AJ if it wasn’t.
