I was on the phone with my best friend and talking about “my diet” with her. Her fiancée overheard and immediately said “that’s less than anorexics eat.” Literal first comment. Leaves me wondering why my best friend doesn’t see it. Maybe it’s denial. I’ve made it obvious.
