ughfhfh i love beef tartare and the one at this place is SO GOOD. and their house made waffle crisps are tasty too! already had a bite before taking this pic hehe

duck breast!! cooked medium, which is my pref. lean but the skin was crisped greatly. they change the accompaniments seasonally and tbh i prefer when it's a starchy mash rather than cornbread. Still, jus is quite good and scallions went nicely with the duck as well.

classic creme brulee. the madeline on the side is a bit dry but i came for burned sugar and boy i got burnt sugar. aaaaaa i love creme brulee

tuna tataki with miso caramel, citrus aioli and ponzu. really really good, if I had one thing it's just that the miso caramel overpowered the citrus aioli so it mostly tasted muted caramel-y but still really great bites!!

fusion carbonara. made with tteok, lap cheong and black vin. this is literally genius I'm making this at home

server called this a namalaca! the choco cream was super smooth and creamy, raspberry jam was 10/10 and the brulee fluff kept it all from getting too rich.
