this video reached more people than I thought it would, and tbh I’m kind of amazed by it. I got a lot of dms and comments from people sharing their own experiences, concerns, and even offering help it reminded me that this community is kindhearted at its core 💜 blessed to be part of it

CCA is how I got my entry into commentating. If you have the time, go lend a hand to the collegiate scene. Not only are the very fun and great to work with, but it's always a fun watch!

Seems like there is a kind of soft cap at 5000xp where the game makes it way harder to get back up there if you lose a single series

he definitely did not delete his account or get banned.

the first time. It's normal to lose 150-200 points for a 2-3 series at 3900 but he was losing 500+. He reset his rank to try to get around that. If someone actually speaks Japanese and wants to correct me on this please do because I'm just getting that from the shitty auto translate subtitles.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiq1... I think that what lobstar is saying here is that he reset his rank because after reaching 5000, he lost 500+ points for every series loss even when he dropped down to 3900. This makes it way, way more difficult to climb back up to 5000 than it was to get to 5000

What if you also got high from playing them

mink splatoon @miiinkspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I only really ever take that path if it’s the last minute of the game and neither of us has gotten check yet. At that point I just need to get check and maybe push it to the base of the ramp and then hard defend for the rest of the game. Even if they wipe I’m still taking it left most of the time.

Crableg rainmaker is bad because it is too square. Rainmaker maps should either be curved or sloped.

Thank you for the great response to the scanner release yesterday! Today's update adds Discord-like "crop/rotate/zoom" when uploading images. Scanner also now reads CB objective and X Rank powers. + fixed a bunch of Scanner related issues (tyvm people who reported!) #sendouink

I'm very happy to see other comp players doing the unedited ramble type of thing. Its been good 2nd channel content for me for a long time and I really hope its showing how much interest there is in just hearing what other high level players think.

i don't think we know how privileged we have it with sendou I've been hanging around other communities and everytime I show them sendou they just freak out and wish they had something like that instead of everything being on discord or twitter

Saw someone mention liter not being banned here and I’m sure people are gonna comment more on that in the next 2 weeks so I wanna give context to that. Kyo said this best in the group chat for the tourney. This tournament isn’t supposed to be a hotfix for the game, it’s a tourney without…

Plus, you can fire up the Ink Storm special to drive the other team into the open, and then finish them off with the roller. Talk about convenient! I guess that's the vending-machine influence paying off

The Big Swig Roller Express is an exciting collaboration between the makers of the Big Swig Roller and a vending-machine maker! In addition to the new design, it now comes with the Angle Shooter sub, making it easy to tag enemies and take a sip of their health bar while you're at it.

This 100% the sz only format is a huge part of why theres a larger variety of comps. Especially for west this year the main events have almost exclusively been modes outside of SWS.

Will I ever learn to stop playing when I get tired/tilted/not playing well or will I continue to bungee back and forth between 1600 and 2300 xp for the rest of my life?
