I work with animation. I love what GLITCH is doing for Indie Animation!! It's absolutely incredible how far they have reached and it makes me extremely happy!! But I can't deny what happened. And more people could have the same problems with merch as we have. So I had to make this thread (12/13)

When Knights of Guinevere merch was launched, I REALLY wanted to buy some. But I didn't want to risk not getting my order again A friend wanted to give me a TADC shirt for my birthday, and I had to ask them not to do that: what I'd they had the same issue? And that makes me really sad. (11/13)

and we deserve to either receive our orders as purchased or get a refund of the items that were not delivered. The saddest part? I really liked the items I got! The quality is wonderful and it really was worth the price, even if I payed double for it. All of this is very frustrating. (10/13)

I sent new emails. Still no answer. I'm a very private person on the internet, but I couldn't take it anymore I started messaging GLITCH everywhere. Instagram. Bluesky. Even on YouTube comments!! Still no answer. Two of my friends gave up, but I won't. We paid for the items- (9/13)

A print of GLITCH Productions DMs on Instagram with the OP. There are messages sent by OP on March 31st, April 2nd, April 6th and April 9th, all unanswered. The messages are all variations of "Hello, I would like some help with my lost order, I never got it, it's been almost a year".

We're Brazilian. We're used to issues with international packages. But usually, it's a problem with customs where they just never tell us what the issue was. That was NOT the case. We knew what had happened. Customs said it was returned. We just couldn't reach the store to solve anything. (8/13)

We sent over 15 emails, from multiple people. We tried sending them from the Store page, sending new tickets, replying to the ones that were answered before, sending them directly to the email addresses that talked to us No. Answer. 6 months had passed When 2026 arrived, I was panicking (7/13)

Me and a few friends purchased some TADC merch together. We live in Brazil and knew taxes and shipping would be super high, making the total for us almost double the initial price, but TADC has regionalized pricing (which is AMAZING and I wish more people would do that) and we love the show (2/13)

At this point (April) Team Starkid asked if they could feature the work in progress on their Hatchetfield Livestream! I was like oh crap I gotta get this fancy enough it'll play with the rest of the video, so I did as much cleanup as I could in a day and slapped in some red to make it fancy! (7/10)
